Dairy Free Candy Cane Dip!

Ingredients
  • 8oz container of Kite Hill Cream Cheese Style Almond Spread
  • 5.3oz container of vanilla coconut yogurt (I use coyo, but you can sub any of your choosing)
  • ¾ container of So Delicious Light Coconut Whip (can sub any non-dairy whipped topping)
  • ¼ granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ cup finely ground candy canes, so sugar like (from large box of candy canes)
  • Garnish
  • crushed candy cane, larger chunks
  • Serving:
  • Cookies
  • Pretzels
  • Shortbread
  • Chocolate
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment cream the almond cream cheese and yogurt together. Add the vanilla extract and sugar and mix to combine.
  2. Next mix in the candy cane sugar and combine until fully incorporated.
  3. Remove bowl from stand mixer and fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy. It will be a mousse like consistency.
  4. Transfer to airtight container and refrigerate for an hour before serving or up to 2 days prior.
  5. Serve with cookies, pretzels, shortbread, chocolate or whatever you like.
  6. Enjoy!!
