This popcorn hits all your cravings in one! Subtle heat is balanced out with sweet honey and the undertones of smokey salt coupled with the bacon make for one of the best popcorn combos out there!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • 6 to 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 large or 2 small jalapenos chopped
  • 3 tbsp. chopped parsley divided
  • 3 tbsp. honey divided
  • Smoked sea salt to taste
  • Olive oil spray
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, cut bacon into pieces and cook over medium heat.
  2. Remove cooked bacon with slotted spoon and place on paper towel lined plate and let cool.
  3. Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil into reserved bacon fat and pour kernels in pot.
  4. Cook over medium heat with lid, shaking periodically.
  5. Once kernels begin to pop, shake pot constantly and crack lid until popping subsides.
  6. Pour one third of popcorn into large bowl, lightly spray with olive oil spray, add couple pinches of smoked sea salt, ⅓ of the chopped jalapenos, ⅓ of the chopped parsley and ⅓ of the honey. Shake to incorporate.
  7. Repeat process until your ingredients are gone. Topping with remaining parsley.
  8. Enjoy!
